All orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days only. We cannot guarantee that orders placed after December 17th 2015 will arrive before Christmas. 

Shipping Outside of the Continental USA – Alaska/Hawaii

An additional $20 charge will be added to all orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

International Shipping

If you are interested in placing an order with us to ship internationally, please email us at customerservice@tsshure.com.
A customer service representative will contact you to refer you to one of our international retailers or distributors where you can locate our products among our global partners.  

Returns Defective or Flawed Merchandise Returns

We uphold the top quality and industry standards for all of our T.S. Shure products and honor returns for flawed or defective product merchandise. If you need to return this merchandise please email a customer service contact and you will receive a Free Shipping label to return the merchandise for a replacement or refund on the product.

Damaged Merchandise Due to Shipping

If your package arrives and the shipment appears to be damaged, please immediately refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery, you should document your claim on the shipping company and contact the shipping service directly. We are happy to assist you with the claim of the merchandise, but please note that typically this is a communication that can only be satisfied between the shipping agent and the recipient of the package. 

Returns

If your item arrives and it is not damaged, you have 30 days to return it, return shipping is not included. Please login to your account and create a return request. All returns must have approval.

You will be refunded via your original payment method, shipping costs will not be refunded. 

If you return is outside of the 30 day window, your return request may be declined.
